Originally conceived as a mixed business-and-residential quarter (hence 'Business' Bay), the area has since 2020 evolved into a predominantly residential premium-yield location whose character is increasingly defined by branded releases (Dorchester Collection, Bvlgari Tower, St. Regis, Vela by Omniyat).
