Robert Heinzmann

Robert Heinzmann founded Heinzmann Partners in 2018 out of the conviction that German-speaking investors entering Dubai need a trusted partner — not the next commission-driven salesperson. Before founding the firm he ran the DACH desk at Engel & Völkers Dubai for six years and built, in parallel, a personal portfolio of 38 managed mandates ranging from a first apartment in Dubai Marina to a villa on Palm Jumeirah.

Robert's focus today is on family-office mandates: generational wealth, holding structures, tax optimisation via international trustees and the discretion those clients require. He works closely with notaries in Zurich and Frankfurt as well as the leading RAK-ICC and DIFC counsel in the Emirates.

Earlier, from 2010 to 2012, Robert was an investment analyst at Patrizia Immobilien in Munich — his first contact with institutional real-estate capital. He moved to the Middle East in 2013, initially on mandate for a German single-family office covering the first DLD transactions.

Diploma in economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich (2010), followed by an MBA from INSEAD (Singapore track, 2013). Speaks German (native), English (full professional) and French (conversational). Robert has lived in Dubai since 2014; he is married with two children.
